The 3-months online acceleration program “Start and Development of Innovative Business” is a step-by-step guide to introducing interesting business ideas, innovations (intellectual property objects) into industrial (commercial) circulation in order to profit from their work. This program is focused on obtaining knowledge and its active practical application. The course includes online interactives, broadcasts of key speakers (lectures), with mandatory homework, individual or team work with mentors.
The main task is to test the idea for success and profit, test hypotheses, and based on the results, develop a business and financial model and package it into a business plan for the purpose of independent development or attracting an investor.
One of the most important components of the course is the practical application of the author’s methodology for assessing the success of an innovation (idea) and the further formation of an intellectual business portfolio, developed by Dr. Nataliia Riazanova based on the practical experience of the international patent and legal company SION IP, as well as the successful implementation of intellectual property objects at enterprises in the USA, Germany, Great Britain, and the Russian Federation.
